Bowdens Silver Project – EPBC Act Referral Decision

Bowdens Silver recently referred our proposed development to the Department of Environment and Energy for consideration under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
As expected for this type of development, the Department has communicated that the proposed action is a controlled action and will require assessment and approval under the EPBC Act.
