On-site Local Team

Our team includes staff from various backgrounds and crosses the entire range of new job starters to experienced mining professionals. Most of our employees are from the local district and include geological and environmental teams supported by field crews. Management covers a range of disciplines including government and environmental compliance, geological and technical expertise, community liaison and office and accounts management.

Consultants, contractors and local business partners supporting operations

In addition to our own staff, we utilise a range of consultant groups who assist with exploration, mine development and environmental assessments. Since 2016, we have engaged over 150 local businesses, whose products and services support our operations and assist our teams.
