This notification is being provided to update community members on upcoming exploration activities.
Bowdens Silver has received approval to conduct diamond drilling within Exploration Licence 5920 at the Bowdens Silver Project Site at Lue. Drilling activities are planned to commence on or around 31st August 2026, and are expected to continue for three to six months, depending on the progress of the program and site conditions. Activities will be mainly focused on an area just east of the proposed open pit area.
Drilling activities will be undertaken Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6 pm, and Saturdays between 8 am and 1 pm.
Residents in the surrounding area may notice a small increase in vehicle movements associated with the drilling program, including along Pyangle Road and Maloneys Road, as well as the movement of drilling equipment.
Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to nearby residents and landholders throughout the drilling program.
