Project Geologist

With mineral resource definition drill programs and near mine exploration projects having just commenced, an opportunity exists for an experienced Project Geologist at the Bowdens Silver Project. The position is a full-time permanent role and reports to the Senior Geologist.

• Execution and planning of drilling programs, both diamond and RC, including data management and QAQC..

• Execution and planning of geochemical and mapping programs.

• Interpretation of drill results and development of geology/resource models.

• Performing regular quality control checks of GIS and non-spatial databases to ensure data integrity.

• Tertiary qualifications in Geology from a recognised tertiary institution.

• Minimum 4 years post graduate industry experience (experience in epithermal related systems an advantage.).

• Computer literacy and skill with modelling software and geology databases.

• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with both peers and supervisors.
