Exploration Field Assistant

Are you passionate about exploration, data collection, and working hands-on in the field? We’re looking for an Exploration Field Assistant to support our team with exciting fieldwork activities.
The role involves
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be:
- Organising field surveys: Preparing equipment and supplies for successful exploration activities.
- Drill site operations: Clearing, preparing, and rehabilitating drill sites.
- Sample handling: Collecting, recording, and transporting samples of rocks, soil, and water.
- Core sample processing: Orienting, cutting, and marking up core samples.
- Data collection: Taking notes and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Supporting field teams: Assisting with all aspects of field operations.
- Equipment maintenance: Operating and maintaining vehicles and other equipment.
- Tackling ad hoc duties as required by the company.
You’ll play an essential role in ensuring all activities align with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
