In recent weeks, exploration drilling activities have recommenced on site in and around the proposed open pit area. This activity is drilling deeper than previous programs in order to further define the extent of the mineral resource.

Further to the above, as part of our draft mine infrastructure planning we will also be conducting a sterilisation drilling program (drilling to prove there is no mineralisation underneath) in order for us to plan where we locate future mining infrastructure. In particular, this program is testing the areas planned to house waste rock emplacements in Price Gully (east of Maloneys Road and north of Pyangle Road) and also the tailings storage facility (north east of Bara-Lue Road). Drilling techniques will be a combination of diamond and reverse circulation drilling.

It is expected that these activities will commence in the third week of November 2017 and will be conducted over a period of approximately 2 months. Exploration drilling will continue to operate after this time.

Drilling activities are due to recommence on-site during the third week of October.

The purpose of this drilling is to further define and follow up on recent exploration activities that have highlighted geological areas of interest in and around the proposed open pit area.

This drilling program will consist of a combination of diamond and reverse circulation drilling and hours of operation will be the same as previous programs.

Bowdens Silver recently hosted a Mudgee Chamber of Commerce breakfast event on Friday 31^st of March. The event provided members of the Mudgee business community an opportunity to hear about the Bowdens Silver project and the potential benefits to the community.

38 representatives from a range of different businesses and industries attended the event and listened to a presentation from director, Anthony McClure.

In November 2016, Bowdens Silver conducted an aerial geophysical survey across our entire tenement range. The survey identified geological anomalies in the vicinity of the Bowdens Silver deposit which we are now looking to define. Further to the above, as part of our draft mine infrastructure planning we will also be using this program to provide sterilisation drilling (drilling to prove there is no mineralisation underneath) in order for us to plan where we locate future mining infrastructure.

This activity is planned to be conducted in stages which will include the necessary exploration drilling, sterilisation drilling and geotechnical drilling for the proposed water storage dam/tailings storage facility. The planned program will necessitate the addition of an extra drill rig on site and will be a combination of diamond and reverse circulation drilling.

It is expected that these activities will commence in the week of 3^rd April 2017 and will be conducted over a period of approximately 3 months.

As part of our collation of relevant data for the preparation of our Environmental Impact Statement, we are currently collecting data on traffic numbers throughout various parts of Lue as well as monitoring noise levels.

Traffic loggers have been organised by our consultant, The Transport Planning Partnership and placed across several local roads. The map below shows the location of the traffic loggers. These will be in place until the 21st February 2017.

Continual noise monitoring, conducted by SLR Consulting will also be occurring at selected sites to coincide with recorded traffic numbers.
